Puravisione participated in Fuorisalone 2026 at the event L’Appartamento by Artemest at Palazzo Donizetti
Once again this year, the halls of Palazzo Donizetti have been transformed into an elegant setting where the undisputed star is Italian fine craftsmanship. We at Puravisione are proud to have taken part in the prestigious project L’Appartamento by Artemest, which selected one of our flagship products for this edition.
Artemest has created an exhibition dedicated to Italian Grandeur, which successfully evokes Italian culture and artisanal expertise. The exhibition, curated by various designers, reinterprets Italian cities through a contemporary lens using Made in Italy furnishings, creating a unique and striking setting.
Pentagon MDW ‘26
The Pentagon chair stands out as one of the flagship products in our collection; it is not merely a piece of furniture, but a symbol of class and modernity. It emerges from a harmonious dialogue between pure geometry and clean lines: a creative fusion that defies convention to give life to a form that is as simple as it is iconic.
The visual impact is immediate and magnetic. The secret to its charm lies in the contrast of volumes: the circular backrest and square base create an aesthetic that offers comfort without sacrificing elegance.
Proudly Made in Italy, Pentagon is the result of masterful craftsmanship:
- the frame, crafted from solid oak, features an extra-gloss finish that enhances the depth and luster of the wood’s natural grain;
- the light blue velvet upholstery envelops the seat, creating a vibrant color contrast;
- the polished and chrome-plated steel blade, a detail that enhances the chair’s silhouette;
Versatility is another cornerstone of Pentagon: designed for sophisticated interiors, the chair offers ample scope for customization, allowing for a range of finishes and fabrics to meet the specific needs of every client.
The Grand Salon by MAWD | March and White Design
The prestige of our Pentagon chair was recently cemented by its selection by renowned designers Elliot March and James White of the international firm MAWD | March and White Design.
Founded in 2010, it is an award-winning interior design firm operating globally that creates unique projects, evoking emotions and setting new standards in design through their expertise and tradition.
Their project for L’Appartamento by Artemest: The Grand Salon, the concept aims to capture the magnificence of Rome by reinterpreting classical Roman architecture in a contemporary key, creating an elegant, enveloping space in perfect Roman style.
The integration into the project was seamless and symbiotic. The concept behind The Grand Salon plays on a dramatic aesthetic, where geometric forms are accentuated by skillful use of light and shadow. In this theatrical setting, Pentagon played a fundamental role: the intention is to convey a sense of modernity and architectural precision. The Pentagon chair fully embodied this vision, fitting seamlessly into a narrative woven from light, shadow, and textural contrasts.
Within a bold color palette characterized by the warmth of the wooden floor and the intensity of the deep reds on the walls, the dusty blue of the chair’s velvet upholstery created a striking chromatic contrast. The result is a dramatic space where the elegance of the Pentagon acts as a cool, sophisticated counterpoint to an environment pulsing with warmth and drama.
Participating in Design Week is not just a prestigious milestone for us, but confirmation of a journey toward excellence. Seeing the Pentagon chair take center stage in an international setting like MAWD’s The Grand Salon is proof that Italian design still knows how to excite and innovate. We thank Artemest and the March and White Design studio for recognizing in our creation that balance between rigor and poetry that defines the soul of Puravisione.
